How Care Works

How care works

A clear route from first conversation to agreed support

Every situation is different, but the process should remain understandable. These are the stages a visitor should expect, subject to confirmation of Healing Hands’ current procedure.

1

Contact the right branch

Choose Northampton or Sale and provide the postcode where support is needed.

2

Initial conversation

The team will ask about the person, their current routines, what is becoming difficult and the type of help being considered.

3

Assessment and suitability

If the enquiry may be within scope, Healing Hands will explain how needs, risks, preferences, consent and capacity are assessed.

4

Proposed plan and costs

The agreed tasks, schedule, responsibilities, charges and terms should be explained before care begins.

5

Starting and reviewing care

The service should explain introductions, first visits, communication, reviews and what happens when needs change.
